MORGAN/JOHNSON CO. – Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews plan to replace a series of four culverts this week on State Road 44 in Morgan and Johnson Counties. Work is expected to begin on or after Tuesday, Oct. 26, weather permitting.
The road will close daily from approximately 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Each of the culverts is expected to take one day to replace. Crews will begin working on Tuesday near the Morgan/Johnson County line (MM 9.76).
