MITCHELL – The City of Mitchell will be holding the annual “Trick or Treat on Main Street” event from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Sunday October 31, 2021.
Once again local businesses will provide a way for youngsters to safely Trick or Treat. Everyone will be invited to walk around downtown and get candy and treats from local businesses.
