CLAY COUNTY – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces maintenance crews will be replacing a pipe structure on State Road 59 located just over three miles south of Clay City on Wednesday, October 13, weather permitting. This work should begin around 7:30 a.m. and close the road until approximately 3 p.m. Crews will direct traffic around a short detour.
