BEDFORD – Bedford Federal Savings Bank presents the 2021 Limestone Capital Half Marathon, 5K, and 1-mile walk is this Saturday.
Currently, there are more than 200 runners/walkers registered to take part in this year’s event. The cut-off for online registration is set for midnight, this Thursday, 9/30/21. The registration process is quick and easy, just click here to register. You can always register on-site at the Expo brought to you by WQRK 105.5 Southern Indiana Classic Hits from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. or the morning of the race beginning 6:30 a.m. until 7:45 a.m.
The LCHM Race Expo is brought to you by WQRK 105.5 Southern Indiana Classic Hits. The event all takes place this Friday, October 1st from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in downtown Bedford at Harp Commons at 1521 J Street. All registrants should come by and pick up their race packet and t-shirt that evening. There will also be free food, music, and photo opportunities. Be sure to stop in and register for your chance to win free prizes like light running knuckles, a free pair of shoes and a glow in the dark shoe wallet.
All races will start and finish at the downtown square and include a challenging course that only Southern Indiana can offer.Â
Enjoy music provided by WQRK 105.5 Indiana Classic Hits and more before and after the race. Commemorative participant shirts and medals are available for all three events.
A cash purse will be awarded in the half marathon and 5k with free entry fees for the 2022 race being awarded to the top finishing male and female from Lawrence County.
Age group certificates will also be presented.
