ISP finds meth in man’s pocket and makes arrest

MITCHELL – A Mitchell man was arrested after an Indiana State Police undercover detective with the Indiana State Police Drug Enforcement Section received reliable information on September 1, that a wanted person was staying at a home in the 400 block of Vine Street in Mitchell.

When officers arrived they detained that male and made contact with 61-year-old Rickie Pulley, of Mitchell.

Once troopers were granted permission to conduct a search, they located a plastic baggy containing three grams of crystal meth.

The information was forwarded to the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s Office and a warrant was issued for Pulley’s arrests on a charge of possession of meth.
