The City of Bloomington Transportation Committee will meet on Thursday

BLOOMINGTON – The City of Bloomington Transportation Committee will meet on Thursday, September 16th at 1 p.m.

The Transportation Committee will meet electronically for the purpose of reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and/or determining the committee recommendations to city boards and commissions.

Per Executive Orders issued by the Governor, this meeting will be conducted electronically. The public may access the meeting at this link.

Statement on Public Meetings During the Public Health Emergency

As a result of Executive Orders issued by the Governor, the Council and its committees may adjust
normal meeting procedures to adhere to the guidance provided by state officials. These adjustments
may include:

  • Allowing members of the Council and its committees to participate in meetings electronically;
  • Posting notices and agendas for meetings solely by electronic means (see https://bloomington.in.gov/council);
  • Using electronic meeting platforms to allow for remote public attendance and participation; and
  • Encouraging the public to watch meetings via Community Access Television Services broadcast or livestream and encouraging remote submissions of public comment.
