BEDFORD – The Board of Works approved the sale of the Bedford Development Center (formerly Stonegate Arts & Education) located at 405 H Street Thursday afternoon. This was also the Oakland City University campus before the city purchased the property for $1.00.
The building was sold to Gary Manley, of Bedford, in the amount of $100,000.
