Frank Decker

“It is with great excitement and pride that I reach out today to share updates about the future and growth of OUR organization with the addition of our newly received HB-1008 Grant,” wrote Frank Decker, Chief Professional Officer, in an email. “On August 4th we will begin to R.O.L.L – Recover our lost learning – out expanding our afterschool programming staff at our 5 sites throughout our community. R.O.L.L along with our current 21st Century afterschool programs will be provided for all of our club kids throughout our area. These programs together will enable us to double our staffing footprint across each site and reach kids and families who need us the most in a more measured, impactful way. This starts with investing in an incredible staff. We are now hiring 10-12 Adult Youth Development Professionals, site directors, and other positions. This includes compensation increases for nearly all of our programming staff. It is critical that we find talented, passionate, and mission-driven people to add to our team.”

The site locations include:

  • Limestone Unit (All Parkview Elementary Students)
  • Lincoln Elementary
  • Oolitic K-8 Campus
  • Shawswick Elementary
  • Thornton Teen Center (All Grades 7-12)
