Homebuilding continues to sizzle in the month of June in Bedford

BEDFORD – New home construction was sizzling in the month of June with a total of $611,558 in homes being constructed throughout the City of Bedford.

New homes along Fellowship Drive have been a bright spot in the expansion of new home construction. Despite fears of increasing cost in lumber and being able to find and receive material inventory for home building, the housing market in Bedford is looking good.

Several new homes are being constructed throughout the City of Bedford

Bedford Public Library sought a permit from the Bedford Planning Department for $108,000 in renovations. Wendy’s is having $150,000 in renovations completed at their restaurant. This will make a total of $258,000 in the commercial sector.
