BEDFORD – A 15-year-old boy was issued a summons to appear in court on a charge of battery after Bedford Police officers say he shot a 6-year-old with a BB gun.
The shot left the younger child with a red welt, according to Assistant Chief Joseph DeWees.
The incident was reported Tuesday afternoon, at Oak Manor.
