Orleans Chamber to hold silent auction as “Fun-Raiser” June 30-July 1

ORLEANS – The Orleans Chamber Commerce is sponsoring a Silent Auction in conjunction with this year’s upcoming Orleans Homecoming Celebration.

Silent Auction items will be on display daily at the Orleans Christian Church Unity Hall beginning Wednesday, June 30th through noon on Saturday, July 3.

The Community Silent Auction serves as the Chamber’s main fundraiser of the year. Approximately 300 to 500 guests typically will pass through the Silent Auction during the three-day event.  Please join the Chamber and help make this Silent Auction another huge success.

Donations are still needed and being accepted.

For more information, please contact one of the event chairpersons.  Local businesses may drop off donated items off at the Orleans Town office, J & S Sportswear, mail your donation directly to the Chamber’s address, or request a pickup from one of the chairpersons listed below.

Be sure to attach your business card or name to your donated item so the Chamber can help promote your business. All contributors will be recognized for their donations in area newspapers and on area radio stations, social media, etc.

Proceeds will benefit the Chamber’s various community improvement projects including flower plantings, planters, street banners, benches, planting of dogwoods, and seasonal decorations for historic Congress Square and the annual Christmas on the Square, which is free to the children and residents in the community.
