MITCHELL – The Board of Directors of the Mitchell High School Building Corporation shall convene on Monday, May 10th at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Office Conference Room at the Mitchell Community Schools Administration Building at 441 North 8th Street, in Mitchell.
The board will accept the resignation of a former member, appoint a new member and ratify officers. They also will adopt the resolution approving the form of lease and form of trust indenture.
