(MITCHELL) – Mitchell Community Schools will hold it’s 2021-2022 kindergarten screenings on Tuesday, March 16th, Wednesday
March 17th.
Beginning on Monday, March 1st parents should call Hatfield Elementary School, 812-849-3834, to make an appointment prior to the screening dates.
The appointment times are 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and should last
approximately one hour.
A parent or guardian must accompany each child to the screening. The parent or guardian must have a copy of the child’s legal birth certificate, an up-to-date copy of immunization records, and proof of custody (if applicable). As a reminder, the souvenir copy of the child’s birth certificate will not be accepted. Children must be 5 years old on or before August 1st to attend kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year.
