(BLOOMINGTON) – City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) Customer Service will be closed from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 11th for training.
During this time period, payments cannot be made over the phone, but payments can still be completed online or by dropping off your payment in the dropbox at 600 East Miller Drive.
Any water emergencies should be reported to the City of Bloomington Utilities 24-hour line at 812-339-1444.
