  • 8:53 a.m. Theft in the 1330 block of Brown Station Road. Someone is rummaging through the caller’s vehicle and took some money
  • 9:24 a.m. Report of an abandoned vehicle in the 1480 block of Porter Burton Road
  • 10:11 a.m. Report of an erratic driver in a dark blue Ford westbound on State Road 60 East from Hollace Chastain Road
  • 11:42 a.m. Medical emergency in the first block of Russell Drive
  • 12:04 p.m. Traffic stop at Fifth and Main streets in Mitchell. A citation was issued for expired registration
  • 1:56 p.m. 911 call from Mitchell Manor. It was an accidental call
  • 2:09 p.m. Alarm sounding in the 100 block of Briarwood Lane. It was set off by accident
  • 2:45 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 1000 block of Kings Ridge Road. The male is dressed in a dark hoodie and standing behind Fairview Church. Police were unable to find the male
  • 2:54 p.m. Officers were out with a person at State Road 37 and Dixie Highway. Officers gave the person a ride to West Grissom Avenue
  • 3:16 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a silver Chevrolet Equinox northbound on State Road 37 at Trogdon Lane
  • 3:47 p.m. A caller reported they may have lost their black toolbox off the back of their truck somewhere in rural Lawrence County, in case someone finds them and reports it.
  • 5 p.m. Countywide volunteer fire department weekly radio test
  • 5:09 p.m. EMS was placed on standby for Orange County
  • 5:13 p.m. 911 hangup in the 270 block of Guthrie Bend. It was an accidental call
  • 5:30 p.m. Request for animal control in the 370 block of Murdoch Station Road. The caller said their dog had been missing for a few days and today they found it on the side of the road. The dog had been shot and tortured
  • 5:54 p.m. Officers were out with a vehicle at Woodville and Rabbitsville Road
  • 6:01 p.m. 911 call in the 2930 block of Broadview Drive. A vehicle ran up into the yard and struck the caller’s mailbox

  • 6:51 p.m. Request for a welfare check in the 500 block of Plum Street
