(BEDFORD) – Bedford Police Department officers were working a traffic accident on State Road 58 between Bellback Road and X Street.
The two-vehicle accidents blocked both lanes of traffic on the highway.
The accident was called in at 4:12 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Bedford Police, Bedford Fire Department and Seals Ambulance crews were on the scene.
Accidents have been reported on State Road 60 West by Mitchell Crushed Stone, in the 4440 block of U.S. 50 and on Springville Judah Road near Gasline Road.
Police departments are reporting slick conditions in Southern Indiana and to asking motorist to use caution when driving.
