Road Closed Due To Barn Fire In Orange County

(ORANGE CO.) – Firefighters from Orange and Washington counties are battling a barn fire.

Livonia and Southeast Township Volunteer Fire Departments in Orange County and Posey Township in Washington County were called to 6000 block of County Road 325 East in eastern Orange County.

The barn was reported engulfed in flames.

The roadway is closed while firefighters work to extinguish the blaze.

REMC has also been contacted to disconnect the power, and an IU Ambulance crew responded.

There is no word yet, on what sparked the blaze.

Firefighters are still on the scene.

The road will remain closed at this time. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
