(MITCHELL) – The Mitchell Community Schools Board of Trustees will meet in Executive Session on Monday, January 18th.
The meeting will be held in the Mitchell High School Library.
The Executive Session will be held immediately following the Project Hearing and Second Preliminary Determination Hearing.
On the agenda:
1. Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6)
2. To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (9)
3. Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (2b)
