(BEDFORD) – Bedford Housing Authority (BHA) is preparing the 2021 Annual draft and the 5-Year Public Housing Authority (PHA) Plan.
The 2021 Annual draft and 5-Year PHA Plan is available for review in their business office at 1305 K Street/Bedford IN 47421 during business hours.
A public meeting to review and comment on the draft plan will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, in the Hauck House Commons 1305 K Street in Bedford at 1 p.m.
The plan will be reviewed and discussed as part of the January 21, 2021 Board of Commissioners meeting which starts at 1:30 p.m. in the Hauck House Commons.
Copies of the plan can be picked up in the office beginning January 11, 2021, at 7:30 a.m. until the beginning of the scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting on January 21, 2021, at 1:30 p.m.
The final 5-year plan and 2021 annual plan will be on the agenda for final Board approval on January 21, 2021. Plans will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on January 22, 2021.
