(SEYMOUR) – A Seymour man was arrested Friday after police say he raped a 15-year-old girl.
Members of the Seymour Police Department SWAT team arrested 31-year-old Christopher Blum after serving a search warrant at his home in the 100 block of Green Circle Avenue in Village Green Mobile Home Park.
Blum is facing felony charges of rape, sexual misconduct with a minor and criminal confinement.
