Orleans Schools Switch To eLearning Today

(ORLEANS) – Due to the rising number of students and staff members that must be quarantined due to testing positive for COVID-19 or being in close contact with someone that has, Orleans Community Schools has decided to switch to eLearning beginning today, Monday, November 30th, and continue through Friday, December 4th.

At this time officials plan to return to in-person classes beginning Monday, December 7th.

Grab-n-go meals will be available beginning today from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Orleans Elementary School for all students Pre K-12.

Students should log onto their Chromebooks daily at 9 a.m. to check for assignments. Students that need paper packets should contact the school office today.

Officials encourage everyone to please stay safe and please continue to follow safety protocols and wear masks when in public.
