State Offering Free COVID-19 Testing In Lawrence County

(BEDFORD) – The Indiana State Department of Health is hosting a free drive-thru COVID-19 testing clinic in Lawrence County this week, according to State Rep. Chris May (R-Bedford).

Testing is available 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. through October 17th at First Assembly of God, 2601 27th St. in Bedford. According to May, tests are free and available regardless of symptoms.

“With nearly all coronavirus-related restrictions lifted across the state, Hoosiers should have the opportunity to get tested and take all necessary precautions against this virus,” May said.

Additional information on COVID-19 testing and sites is available at coronavirus.in.gov/2524.htm. May said coronavirus.in.gov provides continuous updates on Indiana’s efforts.
