(LAWRENCE CO.) – Lawrence County Health Officer Dr. Alan Smith M.D. has issued an order to prevent visitation to long-term care and assisted living facilities in Lawrence County.
The order will begin on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 and end on Wednesday, October 21, 2020.
The order is in response to a significant surge in positive cases of COVID-19 in Lawrence County.
The order could be extended if COVID-19 cases continue to increase in Lawrence County.
