Community Asked To Help Take Part In Clean-Up Efforts

(BEDFORD) – A community clean-up effort is underway for the Milwaukee Trail & Stack Rock Clean-Up on October 24th at 10:00 a.m.

Volunteers are needed to join and some items are needed for the project.

Volunteers are asked to meet at 10th and M Streets in Bedford.

Items needed include trash pick-up sticks, bottled water, compact trash bags, sharps containers, and rubber gloves.

Donated items can be dropped off at 1898 Blue Springs Caverns Road, Bedford, Indiana 47421 or at 933 State Road 58 East, Bedford, Indiana 47421.

The last effort was a clean-up around the Williams Dam with over 320 lbs of trash picked up.
