  • 10:28 a.m. Medical emergency in the 4280 block of Leesville Road. An elderly woman was ill
  • 10:48 a.m. Report of the theft of several items including her pool from the front yard in the 460 block of Mystic Lake Road. This was a civil matter.  A male sold the items for scrap
  • 10:48 a.m. A female as on station to report a man took her vehicle in August to work on it and she has contacted him multiple times to return the vehicle and he never shows up and has stopped communicating with him
  • 10:56 a.m. Medical emergency in the 3750 block of Old State Road 37. An elderly female was ill
  • 11:29 a.m. Citizen assist in the 420 block of 5th Street
  • 11:38 a.m. Request for animal control in the 80 block of Locust Road. A dog was damaging her yard
  • 12:23 p.m. Request for animal control to the 1320 block of Lawrenceport Main several dogs have no shelter, food or water. All the dogs were fine and had shelter, food and water
  • 12:39 p.m. Report of illegal burning in the 9540 block of State Road 37
  • 12:45 p.m. Follow up investigation in the 100 block of Greenwood Retreat. Two citations were issued for animal running at large
  • 1:04 p.m. Medical emergency in the 380 block of Groundhog Road. A person was having trouble breathing
  • 1:23 p.m. Medical emergency in the 360 block of George Johnson Road. A person was having chest pains
  • 1:40 p.m. Traffic stop at Ace Hardware in Mitchell. A citation was issued for false and fictitious registration and no proof of insurance
  • 2 p.m. Medical emergency in the 2020 block of Plaza Drive. A female was suffering body pain
  • 2:01 p.m. Medical emergency at Stonebridge Health Campus. 
  • 2:04 p.m. Medical emergency in the 2070 block of South Leatherwood Road. A male fell and injured his face
  • 2:08 p.m. Citizen dispute in the 1970 block of Beaver Creek Road. The neighbor has several vehicles parked in her yard
  • 2:47 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in an older green Ford Ranger southbound at State Road 37 at Washboard Road. Bedford Police were attempting to stop the vehicle that was traveling at an excess of 100 miles an hour. Orange County was alerted. Officers lost site of the vehicle east on State Road 60 East
  • 2:51 p.m. Report of a juvenile problem in the 560 block of Judah Logan Road. The caller is throwing things and screaming
  • 3:16 p.m. Repossession in the 1550 block of Wesley Chapel Road
  • 3:27 p.m. Lift assist in the 1150 block of Mount Pleasant Road
  • 3:29 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Teke Burton Drive

  • 9:58 p.m. Report of two erratic drivers in dark colored sports cars drag racing on State Road 37 southbound at the river bridge

  • 1:46 a.m. Request for an officer to walk around a home in the 190 block of Walnut Heights Road
  • 2:14 a.m. 911 call hang up in the 350 block of Judah Logan Road. It was an accidental call

Accident – Oct. 6

  • 1:28 a.m. Accident with possible injuries in the 3730 block of State Road 60 East. A car has gone over the embankment. The driver was taken to IU Health Hospital for a blood-draw
