Three Juveniles Arrested After Breaking into Vehicles

(BEDFORD) – Three juveniles were arrested early Friday after officers were requested to the 900 block of Q Street after a report of the juveniles breaking into vehicles.

When officers arrived they found two males and a female. While the officers were walking toward the juveniles the two males took off running.

“The female stayed with the officer and provided additional information,” said Chief Terry Moore. “The two males were caught a block away by an officer.”

Officers determined the three had broken into three vehicles and had marijuana and tobacco on them. 

Probation was contacted and requested the two males be transported to a juvenile center and the female be released to a parent with a signed promise to appear.

A male, 14, and the other 17-year-old male both of Bedford are facing charges of resisting arrest, unauthorized entry to a vehicle, theft, minor in possession of tobacco, possession of marijuana.

The 15-year-old female is facing charges of unauthorized entry to a vehicle.
