Indiana Conservation Officers Investigate Tire Dumping In Indian Creek

(WILLIAMS) – Indiana Conservation officers are investigating the illegal disposal of tires in Indian Creek near the bridge on Silverville Williams Road.

“We were made aware of the tires being dumped in Indian Creek Wednesday afternoon,” said Ryan Jahn, Indiana Conservation officer for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. “There are three dump sites with approximately 115 tires in the creek. The tires are semi or school bus tires. We are actively investigating this case.”

The dump sites were located along Williams Silverville Road at the Indian Creek Bridge and also near the Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church on Keith Road.
