Residents, Businesses Will Be Receiving Department of Revenue Bills in Mail

(UNDATED) – Now is the time residents and businesses may start receiving bills in the mail if they owe the Department of Revenue (DOR) based on their 2020 tax returns.

DOR started sending bills on Sept. 14, 2020, and will continue to send bills through December 2020.

The year 2020 has brought many new changes, including more functionality for INTIME, the DOR new online e-services portal that now serves business tax customers. DOR wants clients to know how best to pay their bill quickly and easily and get their questions answered.

Business and Corporate Taxes

Business and Corporate customers can make a payment, set up a payment plan, view correspondence from DOR and send secure messages through INTIME. For the quickest service for customers that have questions, we recommend using the message feature in INTIME.

Individual Income Taxes

Online payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard or e-check through DORpay. Additionally, customers can schedule a payment for the future to be taken out of their bank account.

If a customer owes $100 or more and can’t pay the bill in full right now, they can set up a payment plan through INtax Pay.
