(BEDFORD) – A Bedford Police officer issued a summons to a Bedford teen after he allegedly kicked out a taillight and punched a vehicle at Hamilton Courts Saturday.
According to Bedford Police Chief Terry Moore, the 16-year-old male was upset and kicked out the tail light of a vehicle.
The teen’s father called the police requesting help taking the boy to a hospital for a medical evaluation.
“While speaking to the teen, he became upset and punched the vehicle leaving a dent,” said Chief Moore. “At that point, the father requested to file charges. Probation was contacted and requested the father sign a promise to appear and released the teen back into the father’s custody.”
