Kevin E. “Butter” Blackburn, 45, of Mitchell passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at 5:09 p.m. at IU Health in Bloomington.
He was born in Bloomington on October 22, 1974 to Jerry Blackburn and Connie S. (Allen) Blackburn. He attended Mitchell High School and loved to play guitar; he was disabled.
He is survived by one son, Steven E. Blackburn of Mitchell, his mother, Connie S. Blackburn of Mitchell, one brother, Michael Blackburn of Mitchell, one sister, Patty (Troy) Sallee of Bedford.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Cremation with no services was chosen.
