Immediate Disruption of Service and Precautionary Boil Order for Some Bedford Residents

(BEDFORD) – Effective immediately on a precautionary Boil Order is in effect for the following Bedford addresses.

  • 104 17th Street
  • 105 17th Street
  • 122 17th Street
  • 125 17th Street
  • 201 17th Street
  • 202 17th Street
  • 205 17th Street
  • 206 17th Street
  • 208 17th Street
  • 213 17th Street
  • 217 17th Street

This precautionary Boil Order will remain in force until further notice. The order was issued due to shutting valve off to water main. 

Customers may experience low pressure or no water while the main is being repaired.

Bring water to a boil. Let water boil vigorously for 2 minutes. Let water cool, or alternatively use bottled water. 

Pre-boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, brushing teeth, washing vegetables, washing dishes, making formula, all food preparation and consumption, and making or using ice until further notice.
