(BEDFORD) – Bedford North Lawrence High School has learned of its first positive case of COVID-19.
The school announced a student was in close contact with another confirmed positive case in the community and was isolated from the BNL facility as soon as officials became aware.
The student tested positive over the weekend and contact tracing and notification of those students is currently underway so that they can begin a quarantine period immediately.
School officials will notify parents when and if more information becomes necessary.
