Off-Road Vehicle Accident Claims Life Of Celestine Man

(DUBOIS CO.) – Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating a fatal off-road vehicle (ORV) accident that occurred Saturday.

Dubois County Dispatch received a 911 call at 10:36 p.m. last night and reference a serious ORV accident near State Road 164 in Celestine.

Initial investigation revealed that a side by side ORV driven by 39-year-old Isaac Frank, of Celestine, was operating on private property when it overturned.  Frank was ejected and pinned beneath the vehicle.  

Frank was transported by Jasper Memorial Hospital EMS to Jasper Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.  An autopsy is scheduled for Monday morning.  The investigation is still ongoing.
