Kelly Gene Duncan, 53, passed away Friday, August 7, 2020, at Indiana University Health Hospice House in Bloomington.
Born August 2, 1967, in Paoli, he was the son of Michael Lee and Betty J. (Mounce) Duncan.
Kelly had been employed by the City of Mitchell.
Survivors include children, Cheyenna J (Duncan) Weilbaker of East Oolitic, Rayden Grace Duncan, Frankie Gene Duncan mother, Betty J. Hart of Bedford father, Michael Lee Duncan of Mitchell, grandchildren, Rilynn Abel, Colton Abel, Noen Hobson half-sister, Michelle Duncan of Bedford, His brother, Ronnie Lee Duncan, preceded him in death.
Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 11, at Spice Valley Cemetery.
