Bloomington Mayor Joins City Leaders To Discuss Recovering Toward Economic Justice

(BLOOMINGTON) – Bloomington Mayor Hamilton’s Recover Forward initiative seeks to boost the local economy and grow jobs in a sustainable and equitable way as Bloomington rebuilds from the current public health and economic crises.

In a Zoom conference call Wednesday, August 5, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. (E.D.T.) to be streamed live at the City of Bloomington Facebook page, Mayor Hamilton joins with Jane Kupersmith, City of Bloomington Assistant Director of Small Business Development; Pat East, Executive Director, The Mill; and Doris Sims, Director, City of Bloomington Housing and Neighborhood Development to discuss and answer questions about City plans to strengthen the local economy, support employers, grow jobs and wages for all residents and build resiliency and equity.
