(BEDFORD) – Bedford Police officers arrested a Walmart employee early this morning after he came to work intoxicated.
Police arrested 21-year-old Wesley Hearth on a charge of public intoxication.
According to Bedford Police Chief Terry Moore, officers were requested to Walmart for an intoxicated employee.
When they arrived they arrived and spoke with employees and a staff member for Transitions Recovery about Hearth.
“It was determined that due to his level of intoxication it wasn’t safe for him to return to the Recover Center therefore was placed into custody,” Chief Moore added.
