Bedford Woman Sentenced In Theft Case

(BEDFORD) – Tabitha Burton was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Corrections today for the burglary at Hardee’s on November 23, 2019.

“The defendant victimized a local business, which leaves an impact felt by every citizen of Lawrence County. She is now paying for her freedom,” said Chief Deputy Prosecutor Bob Cline during the sentencing of Tabitha Burton.

Burton was sentenced to 2,190 days to the Indiana Department of Corrections on charges of Burglary, a Level 5 Felony. She was given 236 days credit, and fined $185.00.
