Two Arrested In Domestic Dispute

(BEDFORD) – The Bedford Police Department responded to a domestic dispute on Monday afternoon in the 300 block of Windsor.

According to Bedford Police Chief Terry Moore, officers responded to the location after receiving a call from Tia Holland that Jesse Cardwell had battered her.

Officers arrived and spoke with Holland, Cardwell, and a witness.

Both requested to file battery charges and, because of numerous calls involving Holland and Cardwell for domestic arguments, both were taken into custody.

Holland had visible redness to her left ear and Cardwell showed no signs of injuries but stated he was punched with a closed fist to his face.

Both were taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
