Paul Roy Smith, 66, of Loogootee, passed away on July 1, 2020, in Washington, Indiana.
He was born in Knox County, Indiana on December 12, 1953, to William Elmer and Maggie Laverne (Blake) Smith.
Survivors include two sisters, Carolyn Tello and Martha Jane Fisher both of Michigan; three brothers, Cassius Lee Smith of Odon, Mark Ray Smith, and John Henry Smith both of Shoals; and two daughters, Tammy Renee Smith and Jamie Lynn Smith.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Richard Smith and Amos Joe Smith. Two sisters and one brother also preceded him in infancy.
No services are planned.
