(BEDFORD) – A Bedford man was arrested on a warrant Thursday on charges of possession of meth and possession of a controlled substance.
Bedford Police requested an arrest warrant for 29-year-old James Freeman after an officer found him stumbling in the area of 16th Street and Limestone Drive on March 8.
According to Assistant Chief Joe DeWees, Freeman was intoxicated and in possession of meth.
