(INDIANAPOLIS) – The Indiana Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust Program announced today that approximately $6.15 million in funding is available for projects focused on improving Indiana’s statewide electric vehicle (EV) charging network.
Proposals may include plans focused on a single statewide EV charging network or regional, local, or individual charging network installations.
Funding is available for both direct-current fast charge (DCFC) and Level 2 (L2) equipment. Indiana anticipates awarding cooperative agreements subject to the availability of funds and the quality of proposals received.
The application deadline for the request of the electric vehicle for proposals is September 23, 2020, at 5 p.m. EDT.
