(BEDFORD) – Bedford Zoning and Appeals approved the variance for Turn-Key Enterprises LLC for a future business that will be located at 1321 16th Street in Bedford.
The variance will be for the northern portion of the property. By approving the variance, additional parking spaces can be added. This will also allow customers to enter and exit the lot from 16th Street as well as N Street.
The Indiana Department of Transportation is also overlooking the project to make sure that engineering and safety issues are addressed.
Jeffery Brooks’s request to add a deck on his property located at 1800 Circle Drive was also approved. Janet Demaree, a neighbor near the property, wrote a letter to support the project.
