(DAVIESS CO.) – Washington Police arrested 38-year-old Joshua Kavanaugh Tuesday on charges of criminal mischief, battery, battery by bodily fluids, resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct, intimidation, and public intoxication.
Officers were called to a home on State Road 257 around 8:38 p.m. after a report of a battery.
Kavanaugh is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Washington Police arrested 53-year-old Angela Howard, of Washington, Tuesday on charges of resisting law enforcement in a vehicle, battery on a law enforcement officer with bodily fluid, battery on a law enforcement officer, and reckless driving.
Howard was arrested after Washington Police received a call at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday reporting a reckless driver at Northwest Third and Flora streets.
Officers attempted a traffic stop but Howard refused to stop. After a short pursuit, Howard pulled over and was arrested. During the incident, Howard became combative with officers.
Howard is being held without bond.
Washington Police arrested 31-year-old Brandon Goble, of Wheatland, on Tuesday for intimidation with a deadly weapon.
Goble was arrested after police were called to a home at Southwest 6th Street at 3:34 a.m. Tuesday after a report of threats.
He is being held on a $25,000 bond.
There were 104 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center this morning.
