Two Arrested On Drug Charges After Traffic Stop

(BEDFORD) – Bedford Police arrested Hali Reynolds and Jordan Taylor Thursday after warrants were issued for their arrests.

On June 6, around 1:20 a.m. a Bedford Police officer stopped a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Jordan Taylor after he committed a traffic violation at 16th Street and State Road 37.

“During the traffic stop while speaking with Taylor and his passenger, 27-year-old Hali Reynolds, officers became suspicious of narcotic activity,” said Assistant Chief Joe DeWees. “An LCPD K-9 was requested to the scene and alerted to drugs in the vehicle.”

Police located a container containing meth, used syringes and marijuana.

“The information was reported to the Prosecutor’s Office and arrest warrants were requested to both Taylor and Reynolds,” said Assistant Chief DeWees.

Reynolds is facing charges of possession of meth, and unlawful possession of a syringe.

Taylor is facing charges of possession of meth, and possession of marijuana.
