Seal Coat Operations Scheduled To Begin On State Road 458 In Lawrence County

(LAWRENCE CO.) – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces seal coat operations for State Road 458 in Lawrence County.

Beginning on or around Monday, May 11, INDOT maintenance crews will close all of S.R. 458 to perform seal coat operations. During these operations, workers will apply a new driving surface to the roadway, which is designed to extend the life of the pavement below for 3-5 years.

Seal Coating is expected to be finished in about 2 days, depending upon weather conditions. During the operation, only local traffic will have access.
