(BEDFORD) – Bedford Police Officer Nick Crulo was named officer of the month for March.
Officer Crulo successfully removed forty grams of meth from one encounter with an individual who also possessed marijuana and medication not prescribed to him.
Chief Terry Moore says, “Officer Crulo continues to keep our citizens safe by removing drugs and discouraging crime by being proactive. Great job, Officer Crulo!”
Dispatcher Tamara Duckett was named dispatcher of the quarter.
“Tamara, and all of our dispatchers, play a vital role in the safety of our citizens and officers,” Chief Moore added. “With the current health concerns, Tamara’s job is essential to receive the correct information and rely on that information to all first responders. Great work and congratulations!”
