Man Arrested After Barricading Self in House

(SPENCER CO.) – This morning at approximately 12:30 a.m. troopers from the Indiana State Police, Jasper Post, and the Spencer County Sheriff’s Department responded to a domestic dispute with shots fired on County Road 850 West in Rockport.

Officers immediately set up a perimeter and began negotiating with the male subject. The male was identified as 33-year-old Eric Hall, of Rockport. Hall had reportedly become agitated for unknown reasons and had fired a weapon.
