(SEYMOUR) – The Seymour Fire Department, Seymour Police Department, and Jackson County Emergency Medical Services are currently at a scene of a fire at Seymour Manfacturering at 500 North Broadway in Seymour.
The fire was reported around 11 a.m. Initial reports that the fire started in the middle of the plant.
The public is asked to avoid the area while crews are working. Seymour Police Department has the area blocked at 6th and Broadway streets and 6th and Park streets.
