Lawrence County Restricts Public Access to County-Owned Buildings

(BEDFORD) – In response to the Governor’s Stay in Place Order, Lawrence County will be restricting public access to county-owned buildings.

The Courts and Clerk’s Offices will be available, however, you need to call in advance before going to the court in regards to your court proceedings to the presiding court.

If you need to conduct business with a county office please call in advance to determine if your business can be conducted by phone or electronically.

If you must have access to any of the buildings, public access will be granted on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. only.

This will be in place until Monday, April 6 at 11:59 p.m.

Should the Governor’s Order be extended WBIW will follow up with new information.
