  • 1015 a.m. Michael Parrott, 36, Ellettsville, wanted on a warrant for failure to appear

  • 6:22 a.m. 911 call hang up on Northbound State Road 37 from the river bridge
  • 8 a.m. Medical emergency in the 140 block of Odea Street. A 64-year-old woman was having trouble breathing. An AMR ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded
  • 8:04 a.m. Report of the odor of smoke at a home in the 100 block of Greenwood Retreat
  • 8:05 a.m. Disabled vehicle at State Road 37 and Main Street in Mitchell
  • 8:19 a.m. Request for animal control in the 1370 block of Lawrence Port Main. A small black and white dog was running loose. The dog was taken to the shelter
  • 8:29 a.m. Agency assist in the 7730 block of North County Road 475 West. A male with a brain injury was last seen walking in the area of Liberty Church Road. Orange County Police found a body was found in a pond and believed to be the male
  • 9:18 a.m Medical emergency in the 270 block of State Road 158. A 20-year-old male was suffering an asthma attack
  • 10:03 a.m. Controlled fire in the 290 block of Erie Church Road
  • 10:30 a.m. Request for animal control to the 220 block of Lucas Street. The caller says a dog has killed some of her chickens. The owner of the dog was located and advised
  • 10:33 a.m. Report of an erratic driver in a white Ford truck southbound on State Road 37 from Art Gallery Road
  • 10:42 a.m. Child custody issue in the 3040 block of Coveyville Road
  • 11:36 a.m. A male in the 20 block of Teke Burton Road reported his 1940 DeSota was stolen. The male is suffering from dementia
  • 12:15 p.m. Request for animal control to the 300 block of Main Street in Mitchell for an injured skunk. The skunk was put down
  • 12:22 p.m. Agency assist in the 690 block of Bedford Street. Monroe County request police to check the home for a white Chevrolet involved in a hit and run accident in the IU Health Bloomington parking lot. The homeowner reported the female does not live there and should be working at Cooks at this time
  • 12:42 p.m. Juvenile problem in the 3610 block of Old Vincennes Road. An 8-year-old child was out of control. Police spoke to the mother and child
  • 1:52 p.m. Medical emergency in the 3480 block of State Road 158. A female fell in the bathroom
  • 3:30 p.m. 911 text received from the 2850 block of Coveyville Road. It was an accidental text
  • 3:34 p.m. Theft in the 3980 block of Old State Road 37 North at the former Mr. C’s. A male went into the stoke room and took a box of soda syrup saying it was expired
  • 4 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a green 4-door sedan westbound on Pumphouse Road 
  • 5:27 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a red Dodge Journey at State Road 37 and State Road 54
  • 5:56 p.m. Medical emergency in the 2840 block of Old State Road 37 North. A 59-year-old male was suffering a seizure and not responsive
  • 5:59 p.m. Tree in the roadway in the 1680 block of State Road
  • 9:03 p.m. Theft of a firearm in the 130 block of Green Hill Addition
  • 9:44 p.m. 911 call hang up in the 490 block of Boone Lane. It was an accidental call
  • 9:51 p.m. Medical emergency in the 910 block of Crawford Street. A female was suffering chest pains
  • 9:51 p.m. Report of a male arguing and then what they thought was a gunshot in the 410 block of North 7th Street. Police were unable to find a problem
  • 10:24 p.m. Battery at Mt. Pleasant Road and Anderson Lane. The caller says a male drove up on a female who said she was thrown from a vehicle. She is bleeding from her head. The female says she was just released from the hospital and her boyfriend drove her home and then he threw her out of the vehicle. The male was in a black Dodge Ram. 
  • 10:39 p.m. A resident in the 310 block of Shawnee Lane. The caller says she is trying to get her ex-husband to leave
  • 10:51 p.m. 911 call hang up at an unknown location. It was an accidental call
  • 11:35 p.m. Citizen assist in the 1520 block of Hancock Avenue. A female was kicked out of her home

Incidents – March 19

  • 1 a.m. Medical emergency in the 430 block of Tarry Park Road. A 77-year-old female fell and injured her back
  • 1:29 a.m. Medical emergency at Maple Leaf Road and Erie Church Road. A woman was en route to the hospital because a two-week-old baby was not breathing
  • 1:33 a.m. Noise complaint in the 100 block of West Vine Street. The neighbor is playing loud music
  • 2:14 am. Medical emergency in the 260 block of Red Hill Addition. A 19-year-old was suffering a possible heart attack
  • 3:39 a.m. Medical emergency in the 2910 block of State Road 37 at McDonald’s in Mitchell. A 55-year-old male was suffering from stomach pain. They are in a small gray car
